The advanced vision system can detect and locate quickly in all directions and has a powerful base point alignment capability. This makes it possible to calibrate high-positioning chips such as MIMICS and beam-lead diodes. The vision system aligns and aligns the chip according to the base point of the substrate, the edge of the chip or the relative position of the feature points of the pasted chip. This ensures the repeatability and alignment accuracy of optical circuits and microwave devices. Two sets of visual systems can be used together to complete the formal fitting process and inverted fitting process. The intensity of each camera's ring and coaxial light is programmed to allow for chip calibration in the best possible background light. RGB programmable light source provides higher recognition capability for calibration of a variety of complex surfaces.
